Martun has been practicing law since 2006. He graduated  from  the Law School  of  French University in Armenia.
Martun specializes in legal representation of commercial disputes, disputes in the field of intellectual property, mediation, disputes with tax authorities, international arbitration in Armenia and CIS countries. He has a decade of experience representing clients in courts of Armenia, to protect the interests of domestic and foreign companies in the domestic courts of Armenia.

He is an expert in the field of support for PPP projects and infrastructure projects, as well as advising on legislative  issues  in the sphere of PPP. Merits of Martun in the formation of the Armenian legislation  in the  sphere of  PPP are marked by the leading international law ratings.
Among his  recent projects are:
Complex representation of the interests of one of the trading network in a series of legal disputes with suppliers of products of trading network. The vast majority of litigation completed offset counterclaims of company or signing the settlement agreement on the terms of trade network.
Complex representation of the interests of the international company in a series of legal disputes on contractual obligations and execution of supply and installation of escalators and elevator equipment.
Representing the interests of the dispute about collecting  rent payments. As a result, he managed to cancel the previously held judicial acts, by which it was refused the satisfaction of claim requirements  of the Principal. At new consideration of the case all the  requirements of the Principal were met in full.
Complex representation of interests of the company in a series of judicial disputes with consumers about collecting monetary prizes and moral harm. As a result of work all requirements to the Principal were rejected.
Martun Panosyan is often  invited to speak at professional conferences and business events for the invitation of local mass media, NPO and branch associations. He is the author of a number of articles published in specialized Russian publications on law, economics and management. Martun's expert comments are regularly published in the Armenian and foreign business and legal mass media.
Martun is the member of Chamber of Advocates  of  RA.
