Criminal proceedings put the most important things at stake: your freedom, reputation, career and family. The outcome of a case often depends on how early a lawyer gets involved. Mistakes made during the first interrogation or at the moment of arrest are very hard to correct later.

Since 1 July 2022 Armenia has a new Criminal Code and a new Criminal Procedure Code. They changed many rules of investigation and trial, so it matters to have a lawyer who works with current practice every day.
